  • What is the last date I can submit my entry?

    Public nominations and entry information for the 2024 Cosmetic Medicine Awards are coming soon - please keep an eye on our socials!

  • Can I post a hard copy of my entry?

    No, all entries must be submitted online.

  • Is there a cost to enter?

    No, there is no charge to enter the awards. However, all shortlisted finalists are expected to send a representative to the awards night, held in the Culloden Estate, Holywood on 29th November 2024. Tickets will be available to purchase nearer the time. Those attending will need to pay for and make their own arrangements for accommodation and/or travel.

  • Can I enter more than one category?

    Absolutely! To enhance your chances of winning awards, we encourage you to submit your work in multiple categories. However, please remember to submit each entry separately, ensuring that each one showcases unique content. This approach will prevent the judges from encountering repetitive submissions and allow them to better appreciate your diverse talents.

  • Who can enter the Awards?

    The awards are open to individuals, practices or manufacturers & suppliers working in the Medical-led Aesthetics Industry who meet the criteria of the related category.

  • Which County award should I enter?

    For an individual or practice, they must live, work and have a practice within a county that they wish to enter. For an organisation, they must have a registered office or be able to demonstrate (as part of the submission) customers are active in that county.

  • Can I enter the National award as well as my County.

    Yes, as long as all requirements are met.

  • How do I enter?

    Select categories on the home menu you will see a CLICK HERE TO ENTER at the bottom of each category requirment.  This will take you to your online entry form. 

  • What if my entry won’t submit online?

    Due to high volume an error may occur. If you are trying to add a large number of files all at the same time, or your individual file sizes exceed 50MB try adding smaller amounts of text and saving your progress in between. Then add images and supporting documents separately.

  • Is my submission confidential?

    Yes, all award submissions are treated as highly confidential. Only the NICMA team and judging panel will be able to view them.

  • Will I receive feedback from a submission?

    No, feedback is not given on submissions.

    Please carefully review the following small print terms and conditions before entering the esteemed Cosmetic Medicine Awards. By submitting your entry, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions:


    1. Professional Registration: The entrant/candidate must hold a valid professional registration that allows them to practice in their respective field without any restrictions or conditions. In the event that it is discovered that the entrant has restrictions or conditions imposed upon their professional registration, they will be immediately disqualified from the Awards.


    2. Eligibility: The Aesthetic Awards are open to professionals in various disciplines within the aesthetic industry. This may include but is not limited to, Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, Pharmacists Dental Hygienists, and other medical professionals. Each entrant must ensure that they meet the specific eligibility criteria for their chosen category.


    3. Entry Submission: All entries must be submitted via the official Awards website. The entrant is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the submission process.


    4. Originality and Ownership: By submitting an entry, the entrant affirms that the work submitted is entirely their original creation. If the entry is a result of collaboration, all contributors must be acknowledged, and their consent obtained. The entrant further declares that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for any copyrighted material used in their submission.


    5. Disqualification: The organisers of the Awards reserve the right to disqualify any entry that fails to meet the eligibility criteria, infringes upon intellectual property rights, contains offensive or inappropriate content, or violates applicable laws or regulations.


    6. Judging and Decisions: Decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. The panel reserves the right to reassign an entry to a different category if deemed necessary or exclude any entry due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions.


    7. Confidentiality and Privacy: The personal information provided during the entry submission process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Awards. Participants' information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent.


    8. Indemnity: By entering the Awards, the entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers of the awards, their affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation or the use of their entry.


    9. Modifications and Termination: The organisers of the Awards reserve the right to modify or terminate the competition, including these terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via the official Awards website.


    By clicking the "Submit" button during the entry process, you signify that you have read, understood, and consent to these terms and conditions.
